Terms & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings made through castlerooms.it are confirmed upon successful payment via our secure payment processor, Stripe. Full payment in EUR is required at the time of booking. A confirmation email with check-in details will be sent immediately after payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a flexible cancellation policy based on how far in advance you cancel:

To cancel, email info@castlerooms.it with your booking reference. Refunds are processed automatically to the original card via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Self check-in instructions are sent by email the day before arrival.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to treat the property with care, respect quiet hours (22:00–08:00), and not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property. Smoking indoors and unauthorised events are not permitted. Damages caused during the stay may be charged to the payment method on file.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, utility outages making the property uninhabitable), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Castle Rooms is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our proven negligence. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during booking is used only to manage your reservation and communicate with you. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Only if you click "Accept" on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). The Meta Pixel shares the pages you view, apartments you look at, checkout starts and completed booking values with Meta to measure and personalise our Facebook and Instagram ads. No names, emails or phone numbers are sent. To withdraw consent, clear this site's cookies or contact us and the notice will appear again; choosing "Decline" stops all of this tracking.
